This Terms and Conditions
apply to all transactions on this site and purchase by
phone. Please read them carefully. .
Contract Creation &
Acceptance

No orders are accepted
until they are successfully processed and
dispatched.

We may refuse to process
an order for any reason at our sole discretion. We
will not be liable to you or any third party for our
refusal to process an order.

The contract is created
by the successful completion of the following steps:

You place the order
on our website by going through the ordering
process on our website or on the telephone and
receiving a valid order reference number.
-
We email you an
order acknowledgement, ‘eOrder’ detailing the
products ordered and the billing and delivery
information you have provided. This is not an
order confirmation or order acceptance by
WebElectricals.
-
We process your
order and arrange deliveries of the products
that make up your order. Your receipt t will be
emailed upon successful completion of processing
your order. Order acceptance and the completion
of the contract between you and us will take
place upon despatch of the products ordered. We
email you the receipt at stage. (Alternatively
we will notified you that we do not accept your
order or you have notified us that you wish to
cancel your order.)

Refusal to accept an
order may be as a result of one or more of the
following reasons:

unavailability of
stock
-
the identification
of a pricing error
-
the identification
of a product description error
-
failure to obtain
authorization for your payment
-
failure to satisfy
our security concerns as regards the billing
and/or delivery address details provided
-
your failure to
agree to any extra delivery charges where your
requested delivery address is outside of the UK
mainland

Return and Cancellation
-
In accordance with the
Distance Selling Regulations, an order can be
cancelled in writing within 7 working days from the
day after delivery

No Returns are accepted
unless they have an authorisation code from us.

Goods should be returned
in their original packaging, intact and in perfect
and “as new” condition. (e.g. if you have opened the
box to examine the product you must have done so
without damaging or marking the product)
Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs, CDs, minidisks and
other software must be sealed. Any ‘Free Gift’
received with the products must also be returned. If
they are not returned in such a condition we retain
the right to claim damages and losses.

Please contact us for a
returns address and authorisation code. The
authorisation code must be clearly shown on your
return package.
-
Returned goods will not
be accepted at the sales office.
-
It will be your
responsibility to return the goods to us. However,
in some circumstances we may be able to collect the
goods but please be aware that a charge will be made
for this service (this charge will vary according to
the size, dimension & value of the goods so please
contact us for a quote). The company retain the
right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20%.

We can not cancel your
purchase when the goods were a special order to your
specification or software has been opened.

Faulty Goods
-
If goods are delivered
physically damaged or if there is a shortage/missing
parts, this must be reported to us within 3 days by
email (enquiry@webelectricals.co.uk) or by phone
(0871 9181578). We advise that all goods are signed
for as “unchecked” on the delivery driver’s schedule
and that you examine the goods for any shortage or
physical damage as soon as possible.

If goods have or develop
a mechanical fault please contact us either by email
(enquiry@webelectricals.co.uk) or by phone
(08719181578) and we will normally offer an
exchange, repair or refund in accordance with the
Sales of Goods Act 1979 as amended. In all cases we
reserve the right to inspect the product and verify
the fault. Please note that if after collection and
subsequent inspection it is found that the goods are
in full working order then the company retain the
right to charge a 20% a re-stocking fee, plus the
full cost of carriage.

To qualify for a
exchange or refund the product must be:

Complete with any accessories and
free gifts offered with it

Be returned in their
original packaging, intact and in pristine
condition. Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs, CDs,

returned. If the product is not returned in such a
condition we retain the right to claim damages and
losses.

This promise does not
cover any fault caused by accident, neglect, misuse
or normal wear and tear.

Delivery
-
All items are delivered
free to UK mainland addresses with the exception of
the Highlands (such as IV postcodes). If an order
has been placed for delivery to the Highlands or off
the mainland, we will contact you to advise of the
delivery charges at which time you can either agree
to pay these or cancel the order. Please note that
we are unfortunately unable to deliver a few of the
larger TVs to the more remote parts of Scotland
altogether – in which case we would contact you
immediately in order to notify you of cancellation
of the order.
-
Orders placed before
3:00pm on a weekday will usually be processed that
day. Orders placed after this time will usually be
processed on the following weekday.
-
Where an item is in
stock, your order will usually be dispatched on the
day of successful processing. Orders are usually
delivered by nationwide couriers who will endeavour
to deliver your parcel on the following weekday
between 9:00am and 6:00pm.
-
A signature will be
requested upon delivery. If there is no one at home
to accept delivery of the goods, a calling card will
be left by the couriers. You must contact the
couriers immediately in order to arrange an
alternative day for delivery. Sometimes, couriers
will automatically attempt delivery again the next
day. Please note that delivery will only be
attempted twice free of charge. Thereafter, you
would need to arrange collection from your local
depot.

Please note that with
large televisions (over 25" screensize), there does
need to be someone at home capable of helping the
driver carry the item into the house.
-
Our standard delivery
times are Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries can
usually be arranged at an extra cost depending on
the size and dimensions of the item. Please call us

Please note that
accessories ordered on their own are sent out by
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and do take 2-3 working
days to be delivered.

Where an item ordered is
not in stock, we will contact you within 2 working
days in order advise you of an estimated incoming
date and to ascertain whether you would like to wait
or whether you wish to order something equivalent
which is in stock.

As we do not guarantee
delivery for any specific time or date, we cannot be
liable for any loss or inconvenience experienced as
a result of delayed delivery or non-delivery.

collected from you is primarily for the purpose of
processing and delivery of your order. It may also
be used to market a range of products or special
offers by ourselves or a relevant third party such

according to English Law.

will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all
information made available on the web site, neither
WebElectricals nor any directors, employees or other
representatives will be liable for damages of any
kind arising out of or in connection with the use of
this site.

All goods remain the
property of WebElectricals until paid for in full.

We endeavour to respond
to complaints within five working days.

By purchasing a product
you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
