Operations Manager

You will already have substantial managerial experience in a retail/ distribution industry, preferably with a track record in consumer electronics. You will be capable of managing all aspects of the day to day operations of the business and leading the team to deliver against agreed targets. You will be confident to work in an IT-based environment, have substantial product knowledge and preferably have experience in an e-tailer with a good level of IT skill. You will be passionate about your work, flexible in your outlook and willing to take on new challenges as you grow with the company.

Audio Visual/Computing Sales Advisers (2 positions)

You will already have substantial experience in the retailing of audio visual goods including LCD/Plasma TV.s, Home Cinema, DVD/blu-ray, HDD Camcorders or in IT and Computing Equipment. You will be familiar with the new technologies in one of these fields and be confident to give advice to customers. You will have a good telephone sales manner and be capable of converting enquiries to sales and maximising order value. Ideally you will have good product knowledge, good IT skills and be able to assist with new product selection. You will be passionate about your work, flexible in your outlook and willing to take on new challenges as you grow with the company.

Customer Care Adviser

You will be required to deal with all aspects of after sales customer care, such as advising on order delivery tracking and goods returns/exchange and liaising with supplier and manufacturer’s service departments. You should have a good telephone manner and be experienced in customer handling. You will be passionate about your work, flexible in your outlook and willing to take on new challenges as you grow with the company.

Salaries will be dependant on experience and skill level.
