"Just a quick email to comment about the excellent service I received on my recent purchase, we placed an order on Sunday afternoon for a large fridge freezer. On Monday we received an email confirmation saying the order was being processed and delivery should be within 2/3 days. By 4pm Monday we had a phone call to saying delivery would be made Tuesday. By 9am Tuesday we had a phone call from the driver saying our delivery should be with us within the hour. And as promised it was.
